If your PC is powerful enough to pump the settings to max and keep a consistent 60 FPS then that's the version to get. Revisit the events of the very first SoulCalibur with the Soul Chronicle mode. PS4 is going to be more active overall, but the PC population should be active enough to keep you playing for a pretty long time.
